The Chairperson of the Competition Authority has responded to my inquiries regarding their review of the awarding of the Waste Collection contract to Greyhound.
The Chairperson advised me that they have concerns about the level of competition in the Waste Collection market generally in Ireland and they are in the process of completing an assessment of the waste collection market in Dublin.
