This week there have been eight commercial and three domestic applications for planning permission in Dublin Central. Some applications to note are as follows:
- Mater Misericordiae University Hospital have applied for a Treatment Plant and associated infrastructure to treat waste and wastewater. The facility will treat both hazardous and non-hazardous waste and wastewater generated onsite during the normal operation of the hospital
- Vodafone Ireland Ltd have applied for the development of a pole mounted antenna, dishes and other equipment, equipment cabinets, cables and ancillary works at roof level of the hotel. the development will form an integral part of the Vodafone and Meteor’s integrated wireless broadband telecommunications networks at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, (formerly Jurys Inn), at Custom House Quay and corner of Commons Street with access to Exchange Place, Dublin 1
- Abbey Celtic Café Limited have applied for the development of an 88-bed hostel at 38-39, Abbey Street Upper, Dublin 1
- TIO North Docks Designated Activity Co. have applied for the demolition of all existing structures on site including 2-storey office building and Construction of a 7-9 storey building at 91-94, North Wall Quay, Mayor Street Upper and Point Square, Dublin 1
