Among the issues discussed were housing proposals for O’Devaney Gardens, Infirmary Road and St Finbars Court.  Mary also raised issues around traffic, parking, waste management and litter.

Mary sought written replies to her previous inquiries about tree pruning in Cabra and derelict buildings in Drumcondra.

Mary proposed motions to address the overconcentration of homeless facilities in Dublin 1 & 7, support for the 10th anniversary PhizzFest, re-opening of the wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Market in Smithfield and requirement for an independent expert to support residents to engage with the NTA on Bus Connects and MetroLink.

Three of Mary’s motions were unanimously passed, the fourth relating to the over concentration of homeless services was opposed by other City Councillors.
