Update

On 19th November 2019, An Bord Pleanala received a revised Strategic Housing Development Planning Application for the former CIE Lands at 2-4 Carnlough Road, Dublin 7 for the construction of 485 residential units.

The proposal includes 484 apartments (a mix of studio, one, two & 3 beds) in nine blocks ranging in height from two to eight story’s. The plan also includes one three-bed house, one two-story house, café, retail shops, creche, roof terraces, gym, cinema room, co-working space and meeting rooms. The application may be inspected during public opening hours at the offices of:

Submissions/Observations
Any person may, within 5 weeks from the date of receipt by An Bord Pleanála of the application and on payment of the prescribed fee of €20, make a submission or observation in writing to An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1.
