Daneswell/Old Smurfit Site

An application for a Large-scale Residential Development was declared invalid on the 9th of August for the Daneswell/Old Smurfit Site. Dublin City Council said the description contained in the application was insufficiently detailed for the public. The application was resubmitted on the 22 Aug 2022.

The development will consist of 168 apartment units, a creche and a café. The units will be a mix of:

12 x studios

72 x one bed units

68 x two bed units

16 x three bed units

There is also be 10% given to social housing.
