Mary was delighted to receive an update from the Minister for Justice that construction of the new family court at Hammond Lane, Dublin 7 should commence in late 2023.

The project is at the planning stage and is well advanced.  

The Courts Service has advised the Department that its highest priority at present is the Hammond Lane Family Law complex.
