Progress is being made on phase 2 of O’Devaney Gardens with the completion of ground works. Phase 2 will deliver 1,100 new homes. The first phase of the project delivered 56 new homes.

The mix of social, affordable and private homes are A energy rated and are built to the highest standard. The first homes are due to be completed by the end of next year. The second phase of the redevelopment will consist of 240 houses, and 613 apartments and duplex units.
