Record number of new homes

18,182 new homes commenced in April. This is the highest number of new home commencments ever on record. To date in 2024, 30,138 new homes have begun construction. This means that 350 new homes have begun construction each day this year. Housing for All is increasing supply and affordability across Dublin and the country.
